Hi, I’m Mandy!

I am a certified coach, a wife, mom of 2 and a dog mom! I am huge lover of peanut butter, sweatpants and quality time with my family. But here’s something more personal ~ I suffered from anxiety most of my life, and when panic attacks came in for 3 straight years, that is when my life took a turn for the worse.

My life consisted of constant fear and worry. I was afraid to leave my house or to take my young children anywhere in fear that they would get sick from germs. Not to mention the physical symptoms I experienced, like extreme fatigue, nausea, heart palpitations, loss of appetite, weight loss, numbness in extremities, and many more.

My life during that dark time consisted of vicious cycles of dreadful thoughts and terrifying physical sensations. I spent endless hours at doctors and therapy sessions. No doctor or therapist could seem to understand the fear I had or what I was feeling. I felt completely alone and helpless.

I hit rock bottom one day—I wanted it all to end. I couldn’t live like this anymore. I wanted out of this misery I was living in. As I looked at my babies playing on the floor, I realized I had to get better for them. I couldn’t leave them; I needed them and they needed me.

I soon started to do research on anxiety and panic attacks. I had to find a way to get better. I read every book and listened to every podcast that I could to help me find information that could help. Moving past anxiety, I learned, lies right within us.

With the proper knowledge, guidance and support, it is possible for me, you or anybody to truly move past anxiety and panic attacks. I am here to help you on your journey in doing just that.
